Get a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your 2026 Montana Income Tax Return

The Innovative Educational Tax Credit program came about from the 2021 Legislative Session. It allows Montanans to receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on their state income taxes for donations made to public school districts.
